Using SendToPager Personal

Starting SendToPager

When the SendToPager installation process is completed, a SendToPager program group will be added in the Start / Programs menu.

To start the SendToPager select a SendToPager shortcut in the Start / Programs / SendToPager program group.

Sending Messages

  1. Select an Addressee from the Address Book drop-down list.
  2. Write your short message in the Message field.

  3. To send your message select the File / Send Message menu item in the SendToPager menu or click this toolbar button .
  4. You will receive notification whether your Message was successfully transmitted or an error has occured.

Manually Addressed Message

You can manually specify the Addressee Number, whom you would like to send a message to.
  1. Switch the radio button to the Addressee Number.
  2. Type the Addressee Number in the Canonical or Direct format.

  3. Select the appropriate Provider from the list.
  4. Write your short message in the Message field.

  5. Send your message.

SendToPager Configuration

To open the configuration dialog:
  • Click the left mouse button on the icon on the toolbar; or
  • Select the File / Properties in the SendToPager menu.

    Logging

    SendToPager is logging events while sending your message ( learn more about logging options here).

    Show / Hide Log

    To show log window click the left mouse button on the icon on the toolbar or select the Edit / Show log item in the SendToPager menu.

    To hide log click on the icon again, or select the Edit / Show log menu item again.

    Clear Log

    To clear all events from the log:
  • Click the left mouse button on the icon on the toolbar; or
  • Select the Edit / Clear Log item in the SendToPager menu.
